Purchase and installation, 7 points for attention of radiator

Radiator is an important and basic component in hot water (or steam) heating system. The hot water is cooled in the radiator (or the steam condenses in the radiator) to provide heat to the room to achieve the purpose of heating. The metal consumption and cost of radiator account for a considerable proportion in the heating system. Therefore, the correct selection of radiator involves the economic index and operation effect of the system. The following are seven precautions for radiator, selection and installation guide. 1. When the position of radiator hole is asymmetric, the size of asymmetric position shall be indicated. 2. When designing the radiator or electric heater with cover on the tube sheet or side plate, it is necessary to ensure that the hole position on the storage plate or side plate can be installed (i.e. there is enough distance between the side line of the cover and the tube plate to facilitate the installation, and the spacing is usually about 35 ~ 40mm). 3. The design pressure and temperature shall be indicated in the technical requirements of the drawing: (1) When the heat sink is carbon steel and stainless steel, the design pressure is 1.0MPa and the design temperature is 350 ℃; (2) When the heat pipe is carbon steel aluminum rolling pipe and stainless steel aluminum rolling pipe, the design pressure is 1.0 MPa and the design temperature is 250 ℃; (3) In the surface cooler, the design pressure is determined according to the thickness of the copper tube (for example, the design pressure is 0.8MPa when the Φ 15.88x0.8mm copper pipe is used), and the design temperature is 100 ℃. 4. Attention should be paid to the interface position in the right view (whether the interface has enough welding position). 5. When the cleaning opening is more than 400X400, the folded edge shall be 35 ~ 40mm. When opening, the folded edge shall be folded outward. 6. When the diameter of the hood opening is greater than 800mm, the diameter change of the hood is 50mm. 7. If the hole of the customer's equipment is small and close to the edge, it is recommended that the customer enlarge the hole or punch the hole by himself. 8. Purchase guide - radiator selection should meet the following requirements: (1) Good thermal performance. (2) The pressure bearing capacity meets the requirements. (3) The shape should be coordinated with the interior decoration, and its size should adapt to the building size and requirements. (4) Easy to remove dust. 9. Installation guide In most cases, the heat dissipation of the radiator is reduced after the cover is added. The radiator of the staircase should be arranged in the bottom layer and the lower layer as far as possible. But it can't be placed between two outer doors. The radiator arranged at the bottom floor of stairwell and other places with freezing danger shall be far away from the outer door. The radiator can be surface mounted or concealed mounted. When surface mounted, it is easy to remove dust, simple layout and conducive to heat dissipation. For the civil and public buildings with high requirements for room decoration or places to prevent scalding or bumping, decorative covers can be added for concealed installation.

Correct use of ladders (2)

When using all kinds of climbing ladders, check whether the structure is firm and undamaged. #Ladder feet must be placed on a stable and solid ground, with an inclined angle of about 75 degrees, and the upper end of the ladder should be tied with a rope at a nearby fixed place to prevent the ladder from sliding or falling down. #If necessary, the ground is too smooth, the ground is uneven, the ladder is difficult to fix, etc., one person can support the ladder to prevent it from slipping and falling. #When there are many people, use a fence to protect the ladder around, or send a guard to prevent being hit by a pedestrian. #Do not place tools and other objects on top of the ladder, so as not to fall and hurt people when moving the ladder. #When using the rooftop vertical ladder ﹝ cat ladder ,, be careful of the tools and objects on your body to avoid falling and hurting others. At the same time, two people should avoid using the same cat ladder at the same time, so as not to be hit by falling objects. #Use telescopic ladder, "A" ladder and "M" ladder, make sure the "locator" is in place and buckled before use. #When engaged in electrical work, use wooden ladders or metal ladders with rubber feet to reduce the possibility of electric shock. #Working on rooftops without railings, appropriate measures should be taken, such as temporary fences, safety belts, ropes, etc. to prevent workers and tools from falling and causing injuries or death to workers or passersby. #When working on a construction site, wear a safety helmet and pay special attention to sharp objects such as spikes and angle iron on the ground to avoid being stabbed or cut. #When working on the rooftop, you should pay attention to all kinds of pipes, ropes, and ropes, so as not to stir your feet or bump your head. #When carrying heavy objects, you must do what you can. If necessary, you can carry two or more people, or use machinery such as a cart to assist. #After using the sharp use tool, the sharp part should be wrapped and stored properly. #If you need to move frequently, you can bring a dressing such as a hemostatic patch for emergency use. #Work in unfamiliar surroundings, especially in basements and “more shear-staircase” dwellings. You must pay attention to the location of the fire escape route so that you can escape in time when an accident occurs. #Work near high-frequency transmitting antennas, radiotelephone / pager repeater stations, and try to avoid unnecessary stays to reduce the impact of high-frequency waves on the human body. # Engage in the installation, maintenance and testing of optical fiber networks. Avoid laser, laser, and laser beams from entering your eyes.
